| To submit a new building for inclusion in the
Development Database, please follow these guidelines:
1) As a general rule, we list only new construction projects (not conversions) in core urban districts that have been in some phase of development since January 2005. In determining what constitutes a “major” project for inclusion, we consider substantive impact on skyline and/or neighborhood fabric, as well as architectural distinction. 2) In order to help assure accuracy in our postings, we ask that only architects/developers working on a specific project, or acknowledged industry experts, submit a building for consideration. 3) For each submission, please include as much of the following information as possible: Official building name, address, developer/project principals (names please -- not the corporation/LLC in which the project is vested), architect, occupied floor count, height (in feet), current project status.
